How Black Sheep began it’s journey?!

Our Mentor, The Archetype…Our Goal!

Hello Ladies and Gents! Today, I would like to provide you the story of how Black Sheep began it’s journey. Much of what I aspire to be is derived from history. One of history’s greatest legends, strategists, and myth, Alexander the Great!

For those of you who do not know, Alexander at the young age of 20 spent most of his time expanding his lands stretching from Greece to India. He was undefeated in battle and is one of history’s greatest military commanders. From Asia to northeast Africa, he was a renowned lord, king, and pharaoh that broke the Persian reign of power.

This alone is a damn good reason to have this man as your hero. However, this is not the sole reason for how Black Sheep began its journey. No! Luckily, we chose Alexander for his intellect and tenacious character to defy the odds.

You may not have known this, but Alexander, very much like many of us, had a looming shadow. Unfortunately, one that he was always told he could not overcome. His father, Phillip, adamantly ingrained in young Alexander that he would never surpass him as a king and military commander. Fortunately, as we all know this was not the case. However, this was the obstacle he had to overcome and one of the main drivers to his expansion.

Now, the birth of Black Sheep!

Now, Alexander the Great as many know him is well known for being a conqueror, but he was much more. Unbeknownst to many, this man was also a scholar, artist, scientist, philosopher, and spiritualist. As a matter of fact, he served under Plato’s tutelage, Alexander made it a point that intellect was a necessary asset required to achieve his goal.

In addition to being fierce, he was open to logical debate and it was his strong personality that allowed him to transcend beyond to the pinnacle of myth with the cutting of the mythical Gordian Knot.

Furthermore, he was an athlete, but never fond of the grandeur of sports like his father before him. Unlike many today, he donned many hats and worked for continuous growth that would benefit not only himself, but his people.

Honestly, there is nothing more noble than to strive to be of service to others.

Very much like Alexander. We strive to always be original, to follow a path best suited for us through the pursuit of knowledge, physical empowerment, and spiritual enlightenment.

This is how Black Sheep began it’s journey!

Similarly to Alexander, we’ve realized that it is necessary to be a dynamic individual to always pursue the mastery of multiple endeavors. Fortunately, we are not one trick ponies, we are not underachievers, and simpletons.

We are the Black Sheep!

Luckily, we strive to push past our limits, to continue our education, and to push past whatever shadow that looms. Each and every of us have our own covers to our story. Some heavily laden with ink and scars, while others simple and classic, but the story is the same. It is the story of someone pursuing something more beyond what they currently are.

This is what it means to be a Black Sheep. We are always original! We continuously fight our knowledge and values to ascertain what is not easily understood! Many see us differently for our though process, but this is a misunderstanding of the time. Welcome, Ladies & Gents, to our movement.
